Who We Are

Sault Area High School Student United is an affinity group of United Way of the Eastern Upper Peninsula. SAHS Student United members are caring, compassionate, motivated high school students who see the value of building their community up and helping the most vulnerable of our local population.

Student United is aligned with United Way of the EUP's mission and community impact goals which include fighting for the Health, Education and Financial Stability of every EUP resident. Starting in their own backyard, this group of students coordinates and implements service oriented projects that help local youth.

What We Do

Recent projects include assisting with the development of an educational trail geared toward helping young children and their families be more active in the outdoors and making learning a fun and interactive journey.

Each year, students rally around a signature service project to benefit local youth.

If you are a Sault High School student in grades 9-12 and would like to join this group, please see Mrs. Menard or contact the United Way EUP office by emailing David Brey, Community Engagement & RSVP Coordinator at: david@unitedwayeup.org
